The sellers are ready. The buyers are ready. Everything is done, and yet we all wait. Waiting for someone at USDA to look at the file and approve it. Nothing more, nothing less. One closing was supposed to be last Friday! The other one was to be today, and still we wait. I am thankful we still have a 100% financing option available to our buyers, albeit a sometimes frustrating process. So, this week has felt unproductive, as mostly my mind has been focused on getting my buyers to their closing table. And now, a phone call to the lender for another update....

It is so frustrating when you have a ready willing and able buyer and a ready and willing seller. Good luck! We have ALL BEEN THERE!
USDA has been really backed up the last couple of months. Just hang in there. Taking about 2 monthws now to get one closed (if you are lucky)
